Every spiritual institution follows the same arc: encounter generates community, community generates structure, structure generates hierarchy, hierarchy generates gatekeeping, gatekeeping generates fear, and fear becomes the product. The encounter that started the whole thing gets buried under layers of management. This project names that pattern — and points back to what was always available directly.
